SBI Mutual Fund has announced that the following changes have taken place in the board of directors & Key Personnel of SBI Funds Management Private Limited:
Anuradha Rao, has resigned as Managing Director & CEO of SBI Funds Management Private Limited from the close of business hours of 30 August 2018 consequent to her repatriation to State Bank of India. Accordingly, Rao ceases to be the Key Personnel SBI Funds Management Private Limited.
Ashwani Bhatia has been appointed as Managing Director & CEO and Key Personnel of SBI Funds Management Private Limited, with effect from 31 August 2018. He is aged 56 years and holds B.Sc., MBA as his educational qualification.
Taurus Mutual Fund
Taurus Mutual Fund has announced that Anish Shah has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) as well as Chief Operating Officer (COO) & he shall also be the Key Personnel of Taurus Asset Management Company Limited, with effect from 31 August 2018. He is aged 50 years old and holds B.Com., ACA as his educational qualification.
