Existing Provisions:
Purchase: Rs. 10 lakhs and any amount thereafter.
Additional Purchase: Re. 1 and any amount thereafter.
Revised Provisions:
Purchase: Rs. 5000 and any amount thereafter.
Additional Purchase: Re. 1 and any amount thereafter.
