UTI Mutual Fund changes benchmark of UTI Infrastructure Fund

UTI Mutual Fund has announced that the benchmark index of UTI Infrastructure Fund is changed from BSE 100 to UTI Infrastructure Index (computed by India Services & Products Limited) with immediate effect. UTI Infrastructure Fund is an open ended equity oriented scheme which has the investment objective of “capital appreciation” by investing in the companies engaged in the sectors like metals, building materials, oil & gas, power, chemicals, engineering etc.  The fund will invest in the stocks of the companies, which form the part of infrastructure industries. The fund was launched on 9th March, 2004 and is managed by Mr. Sanjay Ramadas Dongre.
